We will start with a discussion on your general wellbeing, lifestyle, worries and the reasons for why you are coming to see us. This will be the main focus of the session, but there will be some exploratory treatment at the end.

If you are visiting our Kensington location, please arrive at the time of your appointment.
All questions asked are relevent to truly understand your story. You are the main character and it is vital we work together towards your goal.
We ask that you come with an open and determined mindset to focus on yourself in order to address your issues.

Please arrive at the time of your appointment.
You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours or before.
If you are late 15 minutes or more, this will result in rescheduling your appointment .
Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. This must be scheduled within the timeframe of 2 months, otherwise you will lose the deposit. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us.
